Jail Ministry

Our ministry among the poor who are housed in our local jail has deepened our awareness of the pervasive evil in our society and the absence of Christ in the heart of so many people. However, the good news is that in the midst of this darkness, we experience Christ working powerfully among the inmates. The Lord is manifesting His presence through signs and wonders as He promised: “Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes in me will do the works that I do, and will do greater ones than these....”Jn.14:12 We know, from experience, that the glorious splendor of the gospel can and will prevail if we, the disciples of Christ, live out the dictates of the gospel instead of capitulating to the dictates of contemporary culture.
